TNOiK (Scientific Society for Organization and Management) is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation established in 1925. Its mission is the promotion and creation of professional management as well as the integration of scientists and practitioners (entrepreneurs and managers) for the development of Poland and Europe.

Rostock Business and Technology Development GmbH
Rostock Business and Technology Development GmbH is the economic development agency of the Hanseatic city of Rostock that serves as a “one-stop-agency” for the largest city in North-eastern Germany. It’s a non-profit organization that works as a consultancy to assist companies with: research and matching of supplier/customer profiles, establishing contacts with local networks, and consultancy in the settlement process. These days, it is one of the main players in the development of a Maritime Technology Centre in Rostock and member of the Subsea Technology Network.

Hochschule Wismar, University of Applied Sciences: Technology, Business and Design
Hochschule Wismar, University of Applied Sciences (HSW) builds upon interdisciplinary and practice-oriented concept integrating three disciplines of Technology, Business and Design under one roof. Due to cross-linkage of key competences in teaching, research and innovation HSW acts as a cut surface between theory and practice. HSW is experienced not only in the field of education, science and research, but also as a knowledge transfer institution. It is an entrepreneurial university.
One of its effective cooperation pilot projects is the university-business link (e.g. shipyard-university day). Important for the expertise setting up is close cooperation with regional technology and industrial centres providing a critical tool for regional business growth and attraction.

Public Institution Strategic Self-Management Institute
The mission of SSI (since 1991) has been to discover and deliver scientific innovative support to actors in the business and public sectors towards highest UN an EU culture of sustainable innovation in basic research, applied research, development and commercialization. SSI was created fundamental methodological systems: Virtualics, Strategic Self-Management (SSM), Sustainable Innovation, Responsible Energy, which were applied to large number of social subjects, including the development of two very large sectors of Lithuania as Sustainable Energy (from 1993) and Sustainable Maritime (from 1991) now called sectors of “Green” and “Blue” growth. The new wind energy branch of Lithuania was established by SSI as result of innovation activity. Offshore wind energy, marine and costal tourism and other branches of blue growth are the main targets of SSI now, as is the creation of a sustainable basis for innovation, including innovation support and promotion activities such as conferences, workshops, exhibitions, etc.

The Klaipeda Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Crafts (KCCIC )
The Klaipeda Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Crafts (KCCIC) consolidates more than 230 members, among which are the biggest companies in the region as well as representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. KCCIC represents the interests of entrepreneurs and business development objectives in the Klaipeda and Taurage counties. KCCIC has considerable experience working with regional and national organizations, public authorities, and other national/regional business service providers. It is actively embedded in the regional SME/innovation support environment providing services such as: information and practical advice on market opportunities, EU legislation and policies relevant to a company/sector; helping SMEs to find suitable business partners, providing information on tender opportunities and international networking; as well as developing the research and innovation capacities of SMEs by helping to create synergies with other research actors, foster technological cooperation and holding brokerage events.
